I am more than happy to customize my workshop to meet the specific needs of your context. Call me to discuss your desires and we’ll settle on the costs then.

Workshop Minimums - When I choose to leave my family to fulfill God’s vision and call on my life I need to know that I’m making my shots count. 20 people (5 of whom must be part of your leadership) is the minimum number I will leave home for. If this number isn’t reached one week before my visit, I will regretfully need to pull the plug on the workshop. The booking fee will not be refunded as I could have been somewhere else if the date had not been saved. You will have to work something out with the airlines to recover the money spent on my flights. If you feel like there are extenuating circumstances that might compel me to make an exception to this policy, please feel free to make them known and I will prayerfully consider them.

Recommendation & Comments - My recommendation is for the church or ministry to pay the booking fee and for the workshop participants to pay their own way. This promotes ownership both ways. (Supporting churches and individual supporters can opt to waive the above fees if they so desire. The reason I can offer this workshop at these rates is because of your support. So do not hesitate to receive this as my gift back to you.) The money made from these workshops helps to offset the administrative costs I incur in the ministry. Historically, it’s been difficult to raise support for these kinds of expenses.

Sermons / Other speaking engagements - $150 per message + expenses
If you would like me to speak on something else while I’m in town, please don’t hesitate to ask me. I have spoken on a multitude of topics all over the world and am always ready in season and out of season to speak to any audience.

Travel and Lodging arrangements - Normally I will drive within a four-hour radius of Cincinnati. All flights need to be booked from the Cincinnati, Columbus or Dayton airports. Please check with me on the flight schedule before booking. As far as lodging is concerned, my preference would be to stay with someone from the leadership of the ministry while I’m in town.

Workshop Needs – A room with a large screen projector (a larger TV would work for groups from 15 to 25), a sound system, a wireless lapel mike, a stool, a black adjustable music-stand, a facilitator to introduce me, round people up on breaks, and make announcements, a table for book sales, and chairs or tables set up in such a way that small groups of four to six can easily be facilitated. I would recommend a drink & snack table for break time refreshments.

Suggestions – If you were bringing me in for a weekend workshop my preference would be to arrive on Friday in time to have lunch or dinner with your leadership to help cast vision for the journey into outward focused living. I would also like to meet your sound technician sometime on Friday to set up.
